My Bound Journey: Simplifying Sports Camp Management

I love using Bound Camps!

My name is Scott Lawler and I am the athletic director at Benet High School. Switching to Bound for all of my camp needs has been a game-changer for me. Bound has seamlessly integrated with our school listing page, making event promotion effortless. Parents and students now easily view which camps we have available, and all important information they need. 

Bound has thought of everything - from the camp registration process, to execution on camp day. My families love how user-friendly Bound is, and appreciate not having to navigate through an additional website or deal with extra fees. Bound Camp Management has simplified the process for both my athletic department and community. 

One of the best features of Bound Camps is the payout feature. Bound handles all payments, deposits the funds to our school, and provides an intuitive payout report. It has made this a streamlined process for us, and my bookkeeper has never been happier.  

Reports are yet another feature that has become one of my favorites in Bound. With just a click of my mouse, I can access comprehensive data on every aspect of our camps - amount of campers, shirt sizes, funds collected, and any other important information is charted out for me. Having this data has helped plan our camps more efficiently and make informed decisions.   

To take it a step further, Bound even has a way for effectively communicating with parents, campers, and coaches. We have the capability of keeping parents informed about current camps, upcoming ones, invite to specific games, or any other announcement we would like to make. At the end of the day, Bound has created a way for my community to be able to access relevant information, all in one place.  

I highly recommend Bound camps to any athletic director or coach who facilitates camps. It has revolutionized the way we operate ours and our parents love it. It is so nice to be able to promote, process payments, organize & collect information, and have financial reports, all in one place.
